WFWA's Annual Auction

October 23-26, 2025

The WFWA's annual auction raises funds for our scholarship program for members with financial need and members who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and those with a disability who have been underrepresented in the publishing industry. We fund participation in WFWA-sponsored conferences and retreats.

Have a relationship with an editor, an agent,or a publisher that might donate services? Please solicit them.

Have services you provide personally? Please donate to support the WFWA Online Auction.

We are looking for writing-related donations in the following categories:

• Critiques from Agents
• Marketing consultations
• Editing and critique services from WFWA members
• Book tour services
• Cover or graphic design services
• Book-related coaching sessions
• Books on craft (craft only please)
• Graphic Design services
• Website services
• Other writing-related services or products we haven’t thought of!

1. Your name
2. Name of proposed item to be donated
3. Description of the item
4. Value of the item
5. Suggested opening bid
6. Picture of the item to be put on the online auction site (if you don’t have a picture and need us to make one for you, please let us know).
